SPORT PERFORMANCE TRAINING FOR HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES AGES 14-18

High school athletes are being encouraged to specialize earlier in sports because of the lure of a higher standard of performance. This stunts your athletic development by

• Increasing your risk of overuse injuries

• Physical fatigue

• Burnout

Our program will ensure your athletes continue to progress physically, improve performance quality and reduce overuse injuries.

Sports performance starts with a solid foundation of movement skills. We believe that developing your movement quality is the most foundational step toward peak performance in any sport and lasting health.

Our long-term athletic development program allows athletes to have a wide but focused education of basic movement skills in their chosen sports. Our unique approach to training gives you the skills and strength you need to succeed in sports while keeping your injury risk low and your body healthy.
