Gulf Coast Performance Terms of Service

Welcome to Gulf Coast Performance. By using our website, scheduling a consultation, signing up for services, or submitting your information through any of our forms, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  •   Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  •   Use our content for commercial purposes without written consent
  •   Interfere with site security or performance

We reserve the right to suspend access for any misuse or violation of these terms.

2. Service Availability & Modification

We may update, pause, or change services or offers at any time. All pricing and availability listed are subject to change without notice.

3. Payments & Subscription

All services and digital offers are billed through trusted payment providers (e.g., Stripe). By purchasing, you agree to recurring billing (if applicable) until you cancel. All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

You may cancel recurring services by emailing support@gulfcoastperform.com prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

  1. Membership and Program Fees – All membership purchases, class packages, and program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing. By enrolling in any of our services, you agree to this policy.
  2. Cancellations – Clients may cancel a membership or class package at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership or package. Any recurring billing will cease at the end of the current billing cycle upon cancellation.
  3. Personal Training & Special Programs – Cancellations for personal training sessions or special programs must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Refunds for these services are considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Drop-In Classes – Drop-in class fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule, subject to availability.
  5. Merchandise – Unused merchandise in original condition may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.
  6. Refund Requests – To request a refund or inquire about eligibility, please contact us at support@gulfcoastperform.com with your full name, service in question, and reason for the request.

Gulf Coast Performance reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—including training materials, videos, images, and copy—belongs to Gulf Coast Performance. You may not reuse, replicate, or distribute without permission.

6. Disclaimers

Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and business decisions. We do not guarantee specific income, fitness, or performance results.

Use our services and content at your own risk. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the revised version.
