WE LAY THE FOUNDATION OF LONG-TERM HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE SUCCESS NY ENSURING ATHLETES HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR BODIES.

Kids are being coached to specialize in sports at an earlier age. To be the best, they have to work hard, train more often, compete more frequently and essentially just play a lot more than ever before. This puts them at risk for overuse injury, lost development opportunities, and lost fun.

Our athletic development program teaches proper movement and exercise techniques, thus reducing the rate of injury along with increasing your child’s performance.

By focusing on basic movement development in young athletes, they will have the opportunity to develop competencies that will last a lifetime and put them in a great starting position for healthy playing careers and beyond.

Our program goal is to provide a positive experience so youth will want to stay active and enjoy sports. The risk of overuse injury is a growing concern for children involved in competitive sports.

Laura and Archie's program is awesome! My son Hutch started just before football started about 3 months ago, the results have been incredible to say the least. Hutch is one of the smaller kids on the team, but watching him on the field this year that doesn't matter at all. Both my daughters participate in the Summer and Strength program. Each daughter is at a different level in their strength and conditioning. Coach Arch and Coach Laura train, motivate and challenge each daughter in a manner that fits their individual fitness goals.
